It's 2012! Wow!

So, this is where I appologize, and say, I am so sorry for not keeping up with this blog...........Now that, that piece of information is out of the way.....

First Favorite Thing from today:  Blue Eyed Princess told me I was her LOVE!  She said, Mommy, you is my LOVE and I LOVE my Mommy!  Perfect way to start off this Wednesday.

Last Day of Summer!

Popsicles for breakfast, and homemade pizzas for dinner!  Score, if you are a Fults girl tonight!
 I can't believe Green Eyed Babe will be in First Grade!  She is getting so big, and was very UPSET with me, when I told her she wasn't riding the bus the first day of school!  So brave! 
We read The Night Before First Grade by Natasha Wing, before bedtime.  The little girl is separated from her best friend, as is Green Eyed Babe, and she finds a brand new friend!  Perfect book for the last day of summer! 
My absolute F.T.F.T ( Favorite Thing From Today), clever, huh?  :  Picking up my First Grader's ( OMG) room, while dancing to Train, until we were laughing and sweating! 
I have a great little life, going for me, here, and I can't wait for the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! 

Handy - Men, um Women

Favorite Things from Today:

1.  My two girls spent the better part of the morning, being HandyMen, like Handy Manny, except girls, as Green Eyed Babe said!  The fixed everything that need fixin', and Blue Eyed Princess banged on every inch of the newly painted walls.......All the while, singing, "We are handymen, we are handymen.....!"  We bust through all things stereotypical in this house! 
2.  Tomorrow is the last day of summer, so that means, POPSICLES for breakfast, and homemade PIZZA for dinner!

For the past week or so, after the girls are in bed, and I have time to relax and reflect, I realize I have a lot to be grateful for in my little world.  Sometimes we get caught up in the horrible things about life, and I would rather not!  Easier said that done, huh?   So, that being said, I have started this blog, and I will post my Favorite Things from Today.  Some will be serious, some just plain silly, but it will all be interesting!  Join me, won't you?
